INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds country style pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon real maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 dash ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Combine ribs, maple syrup, soy sauce, onion, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, garlic and pepper in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours.
